You will operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, requiring adaptability, strategic thinking, and a hands-on approach. This role will also support the potential launch and management of physical retail/showroom spaces in the UK, and require travel to the key ABASK customer hubs when needed.
This role leads the Client Sales function, working in close partnership with our: Trade & Interior Design Manager, Customer Operations Manager (both based at our HQ in London), and our Trade Manager – US (based in our New York office).
Key Responsibilities

- Own and deliver ambitious B2C revenue targets
- Personally manage and grow a portfolio of high-value private clients
- Lead by example as a top seller—actively driving conversion and client retention
- Drive repeat business, upselling, and client lifetime value
- Identify opportunities to grow VIP, and private client services
- B2C Strategy & Client Development
- Define and execute the private client strategy in partnership with leadership
- Build relationships with high-net-worth individuals, collectors, and private clients
- Maintain a detailed CRM documenting client preferences, purchase history, important dates, and lifestyle insights
- Leverage customer insights to identify growth opportunities, new services, activations, and experiences
- Team Leadership & Development
- Recruit, manage, and develop a high-performing customer facing team over time
- Set clear targets, KPIs, and performance expectations
- Coach team members through weekly 121s to improve sales performance, client management, and product knowledge
- Client Experience & Brand Representation
- Act as a senior ambassador for ABASK
- Deliver exceptional, design-led service across all customer touchpoints
- Lead high-touch client interactions, including in-person consultations and events
- Champion ABASK’s brand, craftsmanship narrative, and product offering
- Operations, Clientelling & Reporting
- Own pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM discipline across the customer function
- Work with the Customer Operations Manager to ensure strong operational execution across logistics, and aftercare for top tier clients – your job is not done until the job is done
- Collaborate cross-functionally with merchandising, marketing, and operations teams
- Provide monthly performance reporting and insights to senior leadership
- Work with CRM to develop & execute a cohesive clienteling strategy
- Any other tasks as reasonably required to fulfil the role within the business and its evolution.
