Join the newly established global Learning and Development team at Forterro. You will support the design and delivery of impactful programs across the organisation as we are calibrating our learning strategy in 2026. This role coordinates training activities, manages key workstreams, and supports the organisation in driving growth. You will work with the team to improve learning processes and develop solutions that address identified needs. Your work ensures our people have the right tools and training to succeed in an evolving global environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support the evolution of the Learning Experience Platform in partnership with our People Experience Team and our Product Education Services team.
  • Further develop our leadership hub tools, processes and guides leaders need to lead with confidence.
  • Support the development of global onboarding and initiatives around culture and values.
  • Coordinate our leadership development program and its transition to using blended learning.
  • Manage the delivery of language training programs and manage program adoption and utilization.
  • Manage our learning experience platform and develop learning paths, materials and curriculums.
  • Evaluate third party training providers and coordinate external training sessions.
  • Support employees and managers in the areas of learning and development.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

  • Experience in learning and development or people experience roles.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple training activities and initiatives.
  • Ability to design clear and practical guides, tools and learning materials.
  • Proficiency with learning management systems.
  • Clear communication skills to explain processes and solutions.
  • Ability to work independently within defined frameworks.
  • A degree or equivalent practical experience in HR or organizational development.
