Julie de l'agence ABALONE recherche pour son client un Technicien méthode F/H.

Sous la responsabilité hiérarchique du responsable du bureau d'étude et au sein d'une équipe pluridisciplinaire composée de 3 responsables BU, d'un chef de projet et d'un chargé de conception, vous serez en charge de :

  • Suivre le plan de contrôle Qualité reçu par le client et identifier les éléments à contrôler.
  • Vérifier l'adéquation entre les QMOS, QS et les éléments à souder.
  • Assurer la traçabilité de la production des soudures, des contrôles non destructifs.
  • Garantir la réalisation des contrôles Qualité dans de bonnes conditions (matériel calibré, personnel habilité).
  • Intégrer les enregistrements et la documentation dans les dossiers de construction.
  • S'assurer du respect de la traçabilité selon les prescriptions de la norme ISO 9001.
  • Suivre les qualifications des soudeurs et la conformité de leur production.
  • Coordonner les inspections réglementaires avec les clients et tierces parties.

Sécurité et Qualité : une mission clé !

Contribuer à la mise en œuvre de la Politique SSE et à l'atteinte des objectifs fixés.

Détecter les risques liés aux activités de soudage, CND et épreuves hydrauliques, sensibiliser le personnel concerné.

Alerter le Responsable BE en cas de risques détectés.

Au-delà des savoirs, savoirs faire, savoirs être nécessaires pour occuper ce poste, vous devrez travailler en collaboration avec les salariés qualifiés et volontaires d'Artis ainsi que toutes les parties prenantes d'un chantier (sous-traitants, clients, tierce partie).

  • CDI forfait 218 jours
  • Poste à pourvoir de suite
  • Travail en Open-space cloisonné
  • Ticket restaurant / Mutuelle / Prime d'intéressement
  • Télétravail (1 journée par semaine).

Votre profil :

  • Formation BAC+3 ou BAC+5, diplôme IWT est un plus.
  • Connaissance de la tuyauterie ou des équipements sous pression.
  • Respect rigoureux des procédures et normes de qualité.
  • Capacité à travailler aussi bien en autonomie qu'en équipe.
  • Bon pédagogue, vous savez accompagner vos collègues.
  • Une expérience en métallurgie et soudage dans un environnement industriel.
