The predicted salary is between 12 - 16 € per hour.

We are looking for Cleaners to work regular shifts as the ferries dock. The successful candidates will be responsible for hoovering and mopping floors, cleaning the bathrooms, making beds, and performing general cleaning duties around the boats. We encourage any interested individuals with experience in cleaning and housekeeping to apply.

Responsibilities:

  • Follow safety instructions.
  • Clean and sanitise areas of the workplace.
  • Make up cabins ready for the ship departure.
  • Be on time and available to work shifts.
  • Be able to work independently with only minimal supervision.
  • Accept shifts assigned by managers.
  • Maintain and clean facilities in a safe manner.

Pay rate: £12.21 for 21+, £11.50 for 19-20 year old, £11.00 for 16-18 year old.

Our shifts are sporadic throughout the day; however, the boats are regular and on the same schedule weekly. Feel free to message for a shift schedule. We have shifts for 1.5 hours - 3 hours at 6:15am, 13:30, 18:20, 20:00, 21:30.

Work location: Portsmouth International Port, George Byng Way, Portsmouth, Hampshire, PO2 8SP.

Requirements:

  • Must be able to work both days over the weekend.
  • Must be available for shift work.
  • 2 references - one professional & one personal. The references are non-negotiable and will be needed before starting.
