AB Vista is seeking a motivated FP&A Analyst to join our finance team and support commercial activities across our global business. The role offers opportunity to work closely with commercial teams, delivering in-depth financial analysis, including margin reviews, customer profitability, credit assessment and presenting in cross‑functional forums. This position is ideal for someone looking to build a career in a dynamic, international environment with clear progression opportunities.

What you'll be doing

  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and long‑term planning cycles in collaboration with key commercial stakeholders.
  • Deliver rolling sales and margin forecasts and scenario analysis to support agile decision‑making.
  • Deliver monthly sales bridges, pricing reviews and margin reporting to finance leadership and commercial teams.
  • Lead and present in key cross‑functional forums – including Latest View, Operations, and Opportunities & Risks reviews – delivering clear insights, driving alignment, and influencing senior stakeholders.
  • Continuously improve FP&A processes and tools to enhance global efficiency, accuracy, and automation – including but not limited to CAPEX reviews, bid modelling and credit reviews.

What you'll bring

  • Proven experience in a finance role, including budgeting, monthly reporting and understanding margin drivers.
  • Advanced Excel skills with expertise in financial modelling, forecasting, and data analysis.
  • Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong presentation skills, capable of leading and engaging diverse audiences.
  • Ability to influence and collaborate with non‑finance stakeholders to support performance improvement.
  • Excellent organisational skills with ability to work to deadlines while maintaining high quality and accuracy of the work.

Location
