Abacus is exclusively recruiting a CRM Manager to join a highly successful, dynamic and fast-growing company. The brand offers a reputation for excellence and is investing in Belfast, to develop a Centre of Excellence. You will join a team charged with driving profile enhancement and develop profitable revenue streams through client acquisition and growth programmes. You will work closely with multiple stakeholders including business development, marketing and professionals at all levels. We are keen to attract a dynamic and experienced CRM Manager to lead strategic CRM initiatives across multiple offices.
This role is pivotal in driving CRM best practices, enhancing data-driven business development and ensuring seamless integration with key systems and stakeholders. The role is focused on:
- CRM Taskforce Leadership - Manage the CRM Taskforce and collaborate with key stakeholders, serving as the firm’s subject matter expert on CRM processes, best practices, and system capabilities.
- Data Visualisation & Reporting - Collect user feedback and design Power BI reports to support BD campaigns and sector programmes.
- Alumni & Referral Management - Assist with database management and reporting for the Alumni Programme and referral tracking.
- CRM Support - Facilitate CRM training and education across European offices, including onboarding for new locations.
