Key Responsibilities:
- Manage comprehensive file management for luxury residential acquisitions and dispositions, ensuring seamless transaction flow.
- Draft and refine critical legal documents such as contracts of sale, specialized riders, settlement statements, and closing affidavits.
- Serve as the primary liaison among high-net-worth clients, lending institutions, title underwriters, and municipal agencies.
- Conduct detailed title and due diligence reviews, analyzing lien payoffs, tax certifications, and surveys.
