A local practice is growing its DR team and is kee on an Associate (1+ PQE) who really knows the conveyancing process.What you bring: detailed conveyancing knowledge (residential and commercial)What you gain: a move into disputes, with lender clients and real litigation exposureWhat you bring: the ability to handle volume and work independentlyWhat you gain: your own caseload, from instruction through to resolutionWhat you bring: NI qualification, or E&W / ROI qualification with a view to practising in NIWhat you gain: a path into title rectification, financial services and real estate litigation.Most of the work involves selling recovered properties for lenders and financial institutions, and advising on title defects, mortgage fraud and transaction disputes. Experience of recoveries helps but isn’t essential.The team works on a hybrid basis from a lovely Belfast office.
