The Opportunity
As Audit Manager, you’ll play a key leadership role within the audit team, overseeing client engagements, developing team members, and building strong client relationships.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Manage a varied portfolio of audit clients across Northern Ireland and the wider UK
- Lead audit assignments from planning through to completion
- Review work completed by Audit Seniors and Junior team members
- Act as a trusted advisor and key point of contact for clients
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
- Mentor, coach, and develop junior colleagues
- Collaborate with Partners on advisory projects and business development initiatives
- Drive continuous improvement and help shape a positive team culture
About You
We’re looking for an experienced and motivated audit professional who enjoys leading teams, building client relationships, and delivering high-quality work.
Essential Requirements
- ACA or ACCA qualified
- Minimum of 5 years’ post-qualified experience within accountancy practice
- Strong audit and accounts experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven leadership and team management capabilities
- Commercial awareness with a client-focused approach
- Experience coaching and developing team members
