What you'll do:
Advise contracting authorities and utilities on structuring and running complex procurementsDraft specifications, evaluation criteria, tender and contract documentsAct on procurement challenges for bidders and authoritiesGive strategic advice on bidding, risk and contract changes.
You'll have:3+ years' PQE, with procurement experience (contentious, non-contentious or both)Qualified in NI, or in E&W / ROI and keen to practise in NIA good working knowledge of the current UK procurement regimeClear, practical drafting.
