You will manage commercial, contract and supply chain disputes and oversee financial services litigation, mortgage recoveries and asset recovery.You will also gain experience of managing disputes across property, construction, professional negligence, shareholder, fraud and procurement. Some of the work is cross-border while some involves arbitration.The firm is keen to hire a commercial litigator who can run own files and build client relationships. You should be NI qualified, or E&W / ROI qualified with a view to practising in NI. Ideally, you will be c. 1-3 year PQE however all candidates will be considered.
