You’ll work with high-profile clients across a range of sectors, advising on complex and evolving issues including data protection, cyber risk and emerging technologies such as AI.
This is an ideal role for a newly qualified solicitor or junior associate looking to build a niche, future-proof specialism.
Role Summary You will support on a broad mix of advisory and contentious matters within data privacy and cyber.
Key responsibilities include: Advising on UK and international data protection frameworks and compliance Supporting clients on data governance, risk management and regulatory strategy Assisting with data breaches, cyber incidents and regulatory investigations Advising on the use of emerging technologies, including AI and digital platforms Supporting on cross-border data issues and international data transfers Working closely with clients to deliver practical, commercially focused solutions.
The Person We’re keen to speak with Solicitors who: Are newly qualified or up to 2 years PQE, ideally with exposure to data privacy, IT or regulatory work Have a strong interest in data, technology and innovation Are commercially aware with a pragmatic, solution-focused approach Are strong communicators with excellent attention to detail Are eager to develop within a specialist, high-growth area of law.
