The Role You’ll work as part of an experienced corporate team advising on a broad range of high-quality matters including: Mergers & acquisitions (both buyer and seller side).
Private equity and investment transactions.
Corporate restructuring and reorganisations.
Shareholder agreements and joint ventures.
Commercial contracts and governance issues.
You’ll have the chance to work closely with partners, gain direct client contact, and play a key role in complex transactions across multiple jurisdictions.
About You Our client is keen for someone who is: Qualified as a solicitor in Northern Ireland or ROI/UK jurisdiction.
Experienced in corporate law, with the firm open to levels at jnr and mid level e. g.
1–8 years’ post-qualification experience.
Commercially minded, with strong technical skills and an interest in deal-making.
A confident communicator with strong drafting and negotiation experience.
Organised, proactive, and capable of working independently and as part of a team.
