Overview
In this role you will manage a varied portfolio of commercial disputes for high-profile clients, spanning courts, arbitration and mediation. You will operate within Belfast's reputable dispute-resolution team, handling matters from instruction to resolution and collaborating across departments. The position offers exposure to construction, property and insolvency disputes and a clear path to progression within a quality practice. You will help shape outcomes for plaintiffs and defendants while maintaining a client-first approach and delivering sound commercial judgment.

Responsibilities
- Manage own caseload of commercial disputes for both plaintiffs and defendants
- Litigate in High Court and County Court, and participate in arbitration, adjudication and mediation
- Engage in wider contentious work including construction, property litigation and insolvency disputes
- Collaborate with experienced lawyers in a cross-department team
- Guide matters from instruction through to resolution
Key requirements
- 3โ5 yearsโ PQE in commercial litigation or broader dispute resolution
- Qualification in NI, or England & Wales / ROI with a view to practising in NI
- Confidence managing matters from instruction through to resolution
