Banking Finance Solicitor – Team leadership level A leading law practice in Belfast is keen to acquire an ambitious Banking and Finance lawyer to join and help lead their expanding team.
The firm already has a strong team but due to growth demands, and future planning, the stakeholders wish to bring in further leadership qualities to support onward strategic growth.

This role ideally suits someone who is already at a Partner level (e. g.
Director, Of Counsel equivalent) or an experienced solicitor who is primed for the next career level.
A leadership and progression route will be mapped out to mirror the future potential and return for the right individual.
You will work at a leading point for an experienced banking team and advise on a broad range of high-quality matters including: Acquisition, Asset and Real Estate finance Financial service regulations and general advisory matters Bank lending, advising lender and borrower across multiple industries and sectors, mainly NI but some work may be cross-border.
This leading practice is keen for someone who is: Qualified as a solicitor in Northern Ireland (ROI/UK experience is a bonus)Experienced in banking law, with a minimum 7 years PQE (for exceptional future starts) but more experience is expected Commercially minded and offering strong technical skills and able to operate smoothly while managing complex legal matters Capable of working with autonomy but also offering strong example setting and people leadership and management capabilities.
