The Opportunity
As an Audit Manager, you’ll take ownership of significant client relationships, lead complex audit engagements, and play a key role in developing the next generation of talent.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing a diverse portfolio of audit clients across a variety of sectors
- Leading audit engagements from planning through to successful completion
- Building strong relationships with senior client stakeholders and key decision-makers
- Reviewing and overseeing work completed by Seniors and Assistant Managers
- Coaching, mentoring, and developing junior team members
- Collaborating with Partners and Directors on strategic and advisory projects
- Driving audit quality, innovation, and continuous improvement initiatives
What We’re Looking For
- ACA or ACCA qualified
- 3+ years’ post-qualified experience within practice
- Strong technical audit and financial reporting knowledge
- Experience managing audit teams and client relationships
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Commercial awareness and a client-focused mindset
- Ambitious, driven, and motivated to progress within a Big 4 environment
