A unique role presents itself for an experienced Employment Solicitor to join one of the global elite law firms. Entering the firm at Manager level, you will work very closely with colleagues in London whilst having responsibility for running the employment team in Belfast.
About the Role - Employment, Belfast
The primary focus of the Manager role will be on the execution of client chargeable work to the highest of standards. A fundamental requirement of the role will therefore be an excellent technical understanding of English employment law, ideally with experience of operating at associate/senior associate level within a medium/large London City firm.
The experience you will offer is expected to include:
- Assistance in matters such as employment due diligence on transactions
- Reviewing materials relevant to Data Subject Access Requests
- Support on appropriate contentious employment matters
- Reviewing and revising standard employment documentation and handbooks
- Carrying out specific research tasks
- Cross-border project matter management
- Coordinating billing and assisting in preparing
