Senior Legal Professional - Global Law Firm

Abacus Careers are currently recruiting for experienced legal professionals to join the Belfast offices of a Global law firm. Our client has been a leading name in providing global advice for a number of decades, many of their partners are market leaders in their practice area and they are widely renowned for providing a first-class level of service.

About the Role
This team plays a major part in the successful delivery of a range of legal services the firm handles, supporting the transactions teams from any one of their Global offices. As such, you will be required to manage relationships with Partners and Associates in various locations.
Although you will be required to supervise and manage a team, you should also be experienced in providing legal support to include drafting, reviewing and amending documentation, often working to playbooks and templates.
Suggested experience includes:
- A minimum of 2 yrs experience gained within a FS environment, specifically within a Capital Markets role (ICM, DCM, Derivatives and/or Securitisation)
- Experience managing teams and supervising staff to include work-flow management and project delivery.
- Experience of handling a varied and busy workload.
- Strong communication skills and experience of managing relationships at all levels.
