Personal Injury Solicitor (Plaintiff) – Belfast

This client is keen to hire a solicitor with c. 1 to 5 years PQE personal injury (plaintiff), ideally with experience of Hearing Loss claims or wider industrial Disease claims. This highly respected Belfast city practice is keen to continue with the growth of their team and they offer a very positive culture and supportive environment.

You will represent individuals bringing claims against insurers, with a strong focus on hearing loss and industrial disease matters. This is a busy, hands‑on role managing a significant caseload, where your expertise in negotiation and settlement will be key to achieving successful outcomes for clients.

Key Focus

• Managing a large caseload of industrial disease and hearing loss claims, gathering medical reports and employment records
• Engaging and negotiating effectively with defendant solicitors and insurers
• Preparing cases efficiently and progressing them towards resolution
• Maintaining strong client relationships with professionalism and empathy
• Delivering clear, practical legal advice with excellent attention to detail

About you

• Qualified Solicitor with 1–5 years PQE in plaintiff personal injury litigation
• Experience handling industrial disease and/or hearing loss claims desirable
• Strong negotiation and settlement skills
• Highly organised, with excellent communication and interpersonal ability
• Personable, approachable, and committed to client care
