This is a new position created due to growth of the department via increased client demand for services. If you are a recently qualified accountant, trained in a practice firm, that wishes to specialise in a niche area, this is the role for you. Our client is a leading firm of chartered accountants and auditors with 8 partners and 4 office locations. Established and well respected, this firm is a recognised leader in the local business community. With young and dynamic leadership this is a firm that will continue to provide growth and development opportunities for its team. Key Responsibilities Report directly to the Director and Partner team and be responsible for managing portfolio of diverse cases; Assist with claims arising from personal injury and fatal accidents; Provide professional valuations of matrimonial assets, property and businesses; Assist in the valuation of businesses – creating business valuations and financial projection models; Conducting financial investigations in criminal and proceeds of crime cases; Other types of work which may be required as part of the overall Advisory team Key Criteria Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) for a period of 2+ years and previous experience of working in a Practice; 1 years previous experience in a similar role desirable but not essential; Diploma in Forensic Accounting and Investigation is preferable but not essential.
