Construction Solicitor (mostly contentious) You will be a qualified Solicitor with an experience level of 1-5 years (although my client can be flexible)with experience gained mainly in a busy Construction Law team. Ready to apply Before you do, make sure to read all the details pertaining to this job in the description below. You will be familiar with all aspects of construction law and have experience of advising on and a range of dispute avoidance and dispute resolution matters. This role will involve a high level of client contact therefore you will be able to offer experience dealing with insurers, developers, contractors and further typical contacts in this sector. Ideally, although not essential, you will be qualified in E&W and also be a very confident communicator and be able to interact with various internal colleagues from differentteams for example planning, real estateand corporate.
