The Role - Construction Solicitor
You will be a qualified Solicitor with multiple years' experience gained within Construction Law. Although all levels be considered, ideally you will offer approx. 2 yrs + PQE. The role will consist of mostly Non-Contentious Construction matters. Your experience will ideally have been gained within a large firm or niche practice and you will be familiar with drafting and reviewing a range of contracts to include JCT, NEC, Bonds/Guarantees and Warranties.
