- Advising on property development deals across various industries such as retail, hospitality, commercial office, agriculture, energy and infrastructure.
- Investment deals and property acquisition/disposals.
- Real‑estate finance and asset management.
The client is keen to appoint solicitors who are:
- Qualified as a solicitor in Northern Ireland and ideally dual‑qualified in Republic of Ireland, England & Wales or Scotland.
- Experienced in commercial property at a junior or mid‑level (e.g., 1–5 years post‑qualification).
