What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing and progressing assigned cases from start to finish
- Collecting, checking, and processing client data accurately
- Keeping client files and case documentation organised (digital and physical)
- Preparing reports, statutory returns, and required compliance documentation
- Liaising professionally with clients, HMRC, solicitors, and other stakeholders
- Drafting routine correspondence for clients, regulators, and third parties
- Reconciling payments and financial transactions across internal and third-party systems
- Supporting meeting preparation and accurate record-keeping
- Tracking deadlines to ensure tasks are completed on time
- Recording time accurately within case management systems
- Managing inbound and outbound case-related correspondence
- Providing administrative and technical support to senior team members
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in an administrative, compliance, or similar role ideally from a regulated environment (Financial Services, Legal, Banking)
- A qualification in administration, finance, or accounting (desirable, not essential)
- Confidence using IT systems, including CRM or case management software
- Great interpersonal skills

- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Understanding of statutory and regulatory processes (e.g. HMRC, insolvency procedures)
