Role Summary
You will support on a broad mix of advisory and contentious matters within data privacy and cyber. Key responsibilities include:
- Advising on UK and international data protection frameworks and compliance
- Supporting clients on data governance, risk management and regulatory strategy
- Assisting with data breaches, cyber incidents and regulatory investigations
- Advising on the use of emerging technologies, including AI and digital platforms
- Supporting on cross‑border data issues and international data transfers
- Working closely with clients to deliver practical, commercially focused solutions
The Person
We’re keen to speak with Solicitors who:
- Are newly qualified or up to 2 years PQE, ideally with exposure to data privacy, IT or regulatory work
