A leading commercial law firm in Belfast is seeking an ambitious Corporate Solicitor to join its expanding team. The Role

You’ll work as part of an experienced corporate team advising on a broad range of high-quality matters including:

  • Mergers & acquisitions (both buyer and seller side).
  • Private equity and investment transactions.
  • Corporate restructuring and reorganisations.
  • Shareholder agreements and joint ventures.
  • Commercial contracts and governance issues.

You’ll have the chance to work closely with partners, gain direct client contact, and play a key role in complex transactions across multiple jurisdictions.

About You

Our client is keen for someone who is:

  • Qualified as a solicitor in Northern Ireland or ROI/UK jurisdiction.
  • Experienced in corporate law, with the firm open to levels at junior and mid-level e.g. 1–8 years' post-qualification experience.
  • Commercially minded, with strong technical skills and an interest in deal-making.
  • A confident communicator with strong drafting and negotiation experience.
  • Organised, proactive, and capable of working independently and as part of a team.
