Corporate & M&A Solicitor, c. 2-6 year PQE, Belfast
The role:
- Corporate & M&A, working alongside a market-leading team on sales & acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity/venture capital, AIM listings, reorganisations, MBOs/MBIs and shareholder arrangements
- Genuine exposure to complex, high-value transactional work — both national and international
- Reporting into a well-established partner-led team known for direct, commercially-driven advice.
What we're looking for:
- Circa 2-6 years' PQE (associate level as a guide)
- Northern Ireland qualified solicitor
- Solid grounding in corporate/M&A transactional work
- Strong technical drafting and negotiation skills
- Commercially minded, client-focused approach.
