Overview: This law practice is based in Belfast city centre and they offer an excellent office environment along with flexibility to work from home. The firm continues to grow and expand the team and range of services in NI.

Responsibilities: They seek to hire a NQ / Jnr Solicitor who is keen to explore the specialist area of Corporate law. You will join an established team who will offer excellent support, guidance, training and mentoring to help you make an impact quickly. You will be involved with market leading transactional work for a growing mix of clients based both locally and across the UK. This is a multi-award winning practice and it offers an exceptional opportunity for a junior Solicitor. The firm has a leading reputation in corporate law locally, nationally and internationally and you will actively support the team with a range of corporate workstreams such as mergers and acquisition, MBOs and MBIs, some private equity work plus some capital markets and finance. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with an outstanding client mix, you will support listed companies and PLCs, partnerships, global brands, start-ups, PE and VC funded on fast-track growth programmes and work across a range of sectors.
