The Role
- Mergers & acquisitions (both buyer and seller side).
- Private equity and investment transactions.
- Corporate restructuring and reorganisations.
- Shareholder agreements and joint ventures.

You’ll have the chance to work closely with partners, gain direct client contact, and play a key role in complex transactions across multiple jurisdictions.
About You
- Qualified as a solicitor in Northern Ireland or ROI/UK jurisdiction.
- Experienced in corporate law, with the firm open to levels at junior and mid level e.g. 1–8 years' post‑qualification experience.
- Commercially minded, with strong technical skills and an interest in deal‑making.
- A confident communicator with strong drafting and negotiation experience.
- Organised, proactive, and capable of working independently and as part of a team.
