Our client is arguably the most prominent independent firm in Co Tyrone, the 2 Directors lead a high performing and engaged team of 35 staff. The firm provides typical accounts, tax and advisory services to a strong client base of SME’s. The clients are based across NI and increasingly across RoI and UK, these are high growth businesses which are led by very entrepreneurial executives.

In recent years, the current Directors of this firm have worked closely with their clients on financial analysis of company performance, market assessment and mapping to identify opportunities, through to strategic planning for growth. These Directors, working with the wider team, have a really strong reputation as true Business Advisors, not just Accountants. The demand for support from the firm, as the result of significant successes, is very high. The requirement to add another key player to the team is now paramount.
