Our directors sit alongside the team, providing hands-on guidance, accessibility, and genuine mentorship.
The Role
You will manage your own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion while contributing to the wider success of the team.
- Handling a full caseload of conveyancing matters, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity
- Providing clear, proactive communication to clients, estate agents, and lenders
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure efficient transactions
- Maintaining high standards of client care and compliance
- Supporting the firm’s long-term growth strategy
About You
- Qualified Solicitor (all PQE will be considered) with proven PQE experience in conveyancing
- Ability to manage files independently with minimal supervision
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- A genuine passion for residential property work
- Ambition to grow into a senior leadership or directorship role, strong team player
