An ambitious Belfast law practice is seeking an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal to join its busy and growing Residential Property team. The Role
- You will provide essential support to fee earners across all aspects of residential conveyancing transactions, helping to ensure matters progress efficiently from instruction through to completion.
- The conveyancing team operates in a collegiate manner, with strong work ethic and supportive mentoring on offer.
Key focus:
- Preparing and managing conveyancing documentation
- Opening and closing files, including compliance procedures
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other solicitors
- Managing correspondence, emails, and telephone enquiries
- Assisting with searches, Land Registry documentation, and completions
- Diary management and transaction tracking
- General administrative support to the conveyancing team
