An award-winning Northern Ireland property team is looking for a senior Real Estate Solicitor with genuine partnership aspirations. This is a clear pathway to the top table for the right person.
The client is keen to build the team at snr and jnr PQE levels. This is a leadership role and you will be expected to:
- Lead on high-value and complex property transactions, from residential portfolios to multi-million-pound commercial deals
- Advise housing associations, developers and national companies on acquisitions, disposals and secured lending
- Work across bond-secured finance, regeneration projects and large-scale developments
- Take a lead role within a highly regarded, award-winning team and help to oversee it and grow it.
What we're looking for:
- A strong level PQE in real estate/property law
- Strong track record handling complex, high-value transactions
- Experience advising developers, housing associations and/or institutional clients
- Leadership qualities and appetite for business development.
