A highly acclaimed and ranked commercial law firm in Belfast is seeking to expand their commercial property team. The ideal candidate will be at the mid-level, either at Associate or Senior Associate level. Aspirations to progress towards a partner-level role are welcomed but not essential.
This firm boasts an established property team handling high-quality legal work and projects across Northern Ireland and the UK. You will be involved in all key aspects of commercial real estate, including landlord and tenant, commercial leasing, investment acquisition and disposal, real estate finance, licence agreements, and joint ventures. The work spans construction, planning, retail, energy, social housing, and more.
The team provides both transactional and advisory services, offering strategic, operational, and practical solutions to a diverse client base, including developers, construction companies, high-net-worth individuals, statutory bodies, and government departments.
