An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Commercial Litigation & Dispute Resolution Solicitor to join this dynamic team. This role will suit a Senior Associate or established Solicitor seeking to take ownership of complex matters, manage client relationships, and contribute to the continued growth of the disputes practice. You will likely offer at least 5 years quality PQE and more experience is welcomed.

Key Focus
  • Manage a broad caseload of commercial disputes and defence litigation matters.
  • Advise clients across areas including:
    • Corporate and shareholder disputes;
    • Employment-related claims and injunctions;
    • Defamation and media disputes;
    • Property and landlord/tenant litigation;
    • Probate and contentious trusts;
    • Debt recovery and enforcement proceedings.
  • Represent clients in mediation, arbitration, and court proceedings.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and strategic advice.
  • Supervise and mentor junior solicitors or trainees where appropriate.
Ideal Profile
  • Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 5 years’ PQE in (defence side) commercial litigation or dispute resolution.
  • Experience across multiple jurisdictions is an advantage, not essential.
  • Proven experience managing a varied caseload with minimal supervision.
  • Strong technical expertise, with a practical and commercial approach to dispute management.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ambitious, client-focused, and able to work collaboratively within a team environment.
