Resourcing Manager (Recruitment)

This is a genuinely exciting opportunity for an experienced resourcing professional to step into a high-impact leadership role at one of Northern Ireland’s most prominent and successful organisations.

With a large workforce and an ambitious strategy driving its growth, this employer is transforming the way it recruits — and you’ll be the person leading that charge.

The Opportunity - Fixed Term Contract

You will own the full resourcing function — from early careers pipelines through to senior executive hires — and play a pivotal role in building an employer brand that attracts top talent in an increasingly competitive market.

If you’re passionate about modern, innovative recruitment, love coaching a team to deliver excellence, and thrive in a commercial environment where your work genuinely matters — this role was made for you.

  • What You’ll Be Doing
  • Leading the end-to-end delivery of all permanent, fixed-term and contingent recruitment across the business — at every level.
  • Acting as a trusted strategic partner to senior business leaders, driving talent planning and proactive pipeline building.
  • Championing direct sourcing — reducing reliance on 3rd party hiring costs and cutting time-to-hire through smarter, more effective methods.
  • Developing and executing a compelling employer brand and social media strategy in collaboration with Marketing and Communications.
  • Managing key supplier relationships including temporary 3rd party agencies, assessment providers and pre-employment screening suppliers.
  • Leading, coaching and developing a small, high-performing resourcing team, embedding a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Introducing and embedding modern, innovative assessment and attraction tools to identify the best culturally-aligned talent.
  • Producing meaningful MI and recruitment data insights to inform strategy and demonstrate ROI.
  • Ensuring all resourcing activity is compliant with legislative and regulatory requirements.
  • What We’re Looking For
  • Proven experience in a recruitment management or team leader role, with a strong track record of delivery against commercial objectives.
  • A subject matter expert in resourcing — someone hiring managers turn to for credible, strategic advice.
  • Demonstrable success in direct sourcing of specialist and senior-level roles.
  • Experience driving innovation in recruitment processes, including online assessment tools and digital attraction strategies.
  • Strong relationship-building skills across all levels of an organisation, from hiring managers to senior executives.
  • A relevant professional qualification is desirable (e. g. CIPD).
  • A genuine passion for candidate experience and continuous improvement.
  • Why This Role Stands Out
  • Be the architect of a resourcing function that is genuinely evolving — this isn’t a ‘maintain the status quo’ role.
  • High visibility and genuine influence at a senior level, including direct access to business leaders.
  • Work for a market-leading organisation that is profitable, stable and investing in its people.
  • Shape employer brand strategy and leave a lasting legacy on how this organisation attracts talent.
  • A supportive HR team that values innovation, collaboration and making a real difference.
