Role Summary
- You will support on a broad mix of advisory and contentious matters within data privacy and cyber.
- Advising on UK and international data protection frameworks and compliance.
- Supporting clients on data governance, risk management and regulatory strategy.
- Assisting with data breaches, cyber incidents and regulatory investigations.
- Advising on the use of emerging technologies, including AI and digital platforms.
- Supporting on cross‑border data issues and international data transfers.
- Working closely with clients to deliver practical, commercially focused solutions.
The Person
- We’re keen to speak with Solicitors who are newly qualified or up to 2 years PQE, ideally with exposure to data privacy, IT or regulatory work.
