The Opportunity As Audit Manager, you'll play a key leadership role within the audit team, overseeing client engagements, developing team members, and building strong client relationships. What You'll Be Doing: * Manage a varied portfolio of audit clients across Northern Ireland and the wider UK * Lead audit assignments from planning through to completion * Review work completed by Audit Seniors and Junior team members * Act as a trusted advisor and key point of contact for clients * Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships * Mentor, coach, and develop junior colleagues * Collaborate with Partners on advisory projects and business development initiatives * Drive continuous improvement and help shape a positive team culture About You We're looking for an experienced and motivated audit professional who enjoys leading teams, building client relationships, and delivering high-quality work.
