Audit Assistant Manager

Responsibilities
- Lead audit assignments both on-site and remotely.
- Support Managers and Partners across a varied client portfolio.
- Review work completed by trainees and junior team members.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Assist with audit planning, budgeting, and completion processes.
- Mentor junior staff and support their professional development.
- Contribute to wider advisory projects and client engagements.
- Ensure high-quality service delivery across all assignments.
Qualifications
- ACA or ACCA qualified.
- Approximately 1+ years of post-qualified experience.
- Strong audit experience gained within an accountancy practice.
- Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
- Proactive, client‑focused approach.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to lead, motivate, and develop junior team members.
