Audit Assistant Manager

Responsibilities

  • Lead audit assignments both on-site and remotely.
  • Support Managers and Partners across a varied client portfolio.
  • Review work completed by trainees and junior team members.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Assist with audit planning, budgeting, and completion processes.
  • Mentor junior staff and support their professional development.
  • Contribute to wider advisory projects and client engagements.
  • Ensure high-quality service delivery across all assignments.

Qualifications

  • ACA or ACCA qualified.
  • Approximately 1+ years of post-qualified experience.
  • Strong audit experience gained within an accountancy practice.
  • Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
  • Proactive, client‑focused approach.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and develop junior team members.
  • Aspiration to progress career within a growing and successful firm.
