We are looking for a Project Manager of Service Transition to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with project management experience who can balance technical delivery and client communication. The candidate should have strong organizational and interpersonal skills, as well as familiarity with cybersecurity technologies, Microsoft 365, and cloud-based solutions. This position reports to the Manager of Project Management and requires close interaction with business, technical, and client stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Manage cybersecurity and IT projects from initiation through completion, ensuring deliverables meet scope, budget, and schedule.
  • Develop and track project plans, schedules, and milestones.
  • Identify project risks and create mitigation strategies.
  • Facilitate status meetings, prepare reports, and ensure stakeholders remain informed.
  • Coordinate across internal teams (engineering, support, onboarding) and client teams.
  • Monitor progress and address roadblocks to keep projects moving forward.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity solutions, Microsoft 365, and cloud infrastructure.
  • Knowledge of project management frameworks (Agile, Waterfall).
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Certification (PMP, CAPM, or equivalent) a plus.
