As a Business Development Associate, you will bring a strong track record of B2B outreach with a passion for sales. Selling to alternative investment firms, helping to sell our MSP IT and Cyber Services into the EMEA Private Equity, Venture Capital, Private Debt and Family Office market segments. This role has fantastic growth opportunity, with the ideal candidate developing into a full-time Sales position.
Responsibilities
- Manage outreach campaigns for EMEA.
- Generating new leads for the Sales team in EMEA as well as the US.
- Effectively communicate with both Marketing and Sales maximising opportunities.
- Record all activities within the CRM (Sales Force) and Outreach tools (Sales Loft).
- Manage records and accounts within the CRM and other outreach solutions.
- Maintain a pipeline of warm leads ready to convert to opportunities.
- Take ownership to meet personal KPIs around activity and results.
- Contribute to the overall success of the EMEA Sales Team mandated goals and key performance indicators.
- Assist with and attend Marketing events, some of which may be outside of usual working hours.
- Assist Sales team with operational duties and admin to facilitate achieving the regional targets.
- Be flexible regarding duties, as these will develop along with the role.
Requirements (Must Have)
- Self-motivated, driven individual with a passion for sales.
- 3-5 years B2B outreach experience.
- Track record of meeting and exceeding KPIs and targets.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment thriving on results.
Nice to Have
- Exposure to, or an understanding of, the Financial Services Sector.
- Experience within IT Support or technology-based sales.
- Experience with Sales Force, Sales Loft, Pitchbook.
Schedule
Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm.
Work Location
Based in Abacus London office.
