A top-tier Northern Ireland law firm is looking for a senior commercial property solicitor to join its market-leading Belfast practice — with a genuine route to partnership for the right candidate.
The role:
- You’ll work across a broad and high-quality commercial property caseload — acquisitions and disposals, site assembly and development, securitisation, and retail, office, industrial, hospitality and leisure lettings.
- You’ll advise on landlord & tenant matters, planning and environment, and property finance for clients across Northern Ireland, Ireland and the UK, working alongside a well-established partner-led team.
What we’re looking for:
- 8-10+ years PQE in commercial property
- NI qualified solicitor (or equivalent, with ability to practise in Northern Ireland)
- Strong track record advising on acquisitions, disposals and development work
- Confidence managing files independently and mentoring junior team members
- An existing client following is an advantage for candidates seeking partner-level entry
