Part Time Payroll Advisor, 22.5 hrs per week, Milton Keynes, £33,000 pro-rata Experienced Payroll Advisor required for approx. 22.5 hours per week. This could be spread over the week or 3 full days. The role will require management of the payroll for UK and Ireland. As the Payroll Advisor you will be responsible for: * Processing and administering international payroll * Completing balance sheet reviews for any payroll related balances * Supporting with all forecasting and budgeting of people related costs * Reporting on headcount movements, comparing with budgets * Providing data to employees on incentive payments and calculations * Reviewing compliance matters On a personal level we are looking for someone who is able to operate on own initiative as well as part of a team, with good communication skills, especially with International. The Payroll Advisor will have experience of working in a similar role previously, ideally with experience of sales commissions, with an organised and methodical approach and the ability to manage multiple deadlines and demands, prioritising these appropriately.
