The role: Corporate & M&A, working alongside a market-leading team on sales & acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity/venture capital, AIM listings, reorganisations, MBOs/MBIs and shareholder arrangements Genuine exposure to complex, high-value transactional work — both national and international Reporting into a well-established partner-led team known for direct, commercially-driven advice.
What we’re looking for: Circa 2-6 years’ PQE (associate level as a guide)Northern Ireland qualified solicitor Solid grounding in corporate/M&A transactional work Strong technical drafting and negotiation skills Commercially minded, client-focused approach.
