A leading UK law firm is seeking a Commercial Litigation Solicitor at junior to mid-level PQE to join its highly regarded Disputes team. This is an excellent opportunity to work on complex, high-value matters for a broad client base including corporates, financial institutions, SMEs, and public sector bodies.
The Role: You will advise on a wide range of commercial disputes across multiple sectors, working closely with partners and senior lawyers on significant matters, including:
- Contractual disputes
- Shareholder and partnership disputes
- Professional negligence claims
- Banking and financial services litigation
- Fraud and asset recovery matters
- Injunctive relief applications
- Alternative dispute resolution, including mediation and arbitration
- High Court and appellate litigation
You will gain increasing responsibility for managing cases, drafting key documents, and building strong client relationships.
