Here’s a role for a conveyancer who wants to move into litigation, without starting from scratch.A local practice is growing its DR team and is kee on an Associate (1+ PQE) who really knows the conveyancing process.
- What you bring: detailed conveyancing knowledge (residential and commercial)
- What you gain: a move into disputes, with lender clients and real litigation exposure
- What you bring: the ability to handle volume and work independently
- What you gain: your own caseload, from instruction through to resolution
- What you bring: NI qualification, or E&W / ROI qualification with a view to practising in NI
- What you gain: a path into title rectification, financial services and real estate litigation.
Most of the work involves selling recovered properties for lenders and financial institutions, and advising on title defects, mortgage fraud and transaction disputes. Experience of recoveries helps but isn’t essential.
The team works on a hybrid basis from a lovely Belfast office. Clients include national and multinational corporates, high street banks and listed businesses. The firm also offers flexible benefits and open conversations about career progression.
