Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a significant portfolio of business clients
- Act as a trusted adviser to business owners and senior leadership teams
- Deliver high-quality accounting, financial reporting and commercial advisory services
- Identify new business opportunities and drive portfolio growth
- Lead, mentor and develop a talented team of accounting professionals
- Work closely with Partners on business strategy and practice development
Requirements
- ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent with post-qualified experience
- Experienced Senior Manager or established senior practice professional
- Strong background in accounts preparation, review and client advisory
- Proven client relationship and team leadership skills
- Commercially astute, ambitious and interested in business development
- Someone with the drive and potential to progress
