We’re looking for an experienced Systems Administrator to join our client at a critical time on a fixed term contract of 12 months (Possible extension and permanent role available).

In this role, you’ll be a key player in supporting and maintaining highly scalable, secure infrastructure and platform services (Mainly Microsoft).

You’ll collaborate with product owners, developers, and stakeholders to design, automate, and continuously improve IT platforms and processes.

🛠 What You’ll Do

• ☁ Manage & maintain cloud services and VMware Broadcom environments
• 🔐 Oversee vulnerability management and remediate system vulnerabilities
• 🖥 Patch & maintain Windows Server infrastructure
• 🗂 Administer Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, certificates
• 🛡 Provide advanced technical support for server issues
• 📊 Monitor systems proactively using IT tools
• 📱 Manage Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions
• 🚀 Deploy Windows Servers & SaaS/PaaS solutions
• 🤝 Liaise with vendors & partners
• 💾 Ensure backup & disaster recovery measures
• 📦 Support Microsoft Dynamics AX
• 🌙 Participate in out-of-hours rota for critical alerts

🎯 What We’re Looking For

• 🏗 Strong background in Infrastructure/Systems Administration or DevOps
• 🖥 Expertise in Windows Server (2016–2022) & Active Directory
• ☁ Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure & Entra ID
• 🔐 Proven experience in vulnerability management & cybersecurity
• 📜 Knowledge of ITIL processes (Foundation desirable)
• ⚙ Proficiency in scripting/automation (PowerShell)
• 💬 Excellent communication & ability to work under pressure
• ✈ Willingness to travel & work weekends when required
