Significant demand exists in the local market for tax professionals at all levels. Our client has recently seen additional investment and expansion, as a result they enter the local market determined to add more best-in-class professionals to their long-serving and supportive team. This role is offered on a highly flexible basis including reduced or condensed working week. Our client believes in effective work/life balance and supports a range of work patterns.

The successful appointee will report to an Associate Director and join an established team of 6 in personal tax and 15 across the department. Key Responsibilities- Assisting in managing a diverse portfolio of personal tax compliance clients
- Identifying personal tax planning opportunities and assisting in delivering advisory assignments
- Playing a key role in the delivery of estate planning services to clients
- Training and mentoring trainees within the team, developing their professional skills
- Building and maintaining trusted client relationships
- Overseeing the financial management of your portfolio
- Contributing to the firm's Business Development initiatives
- ACA and/or CTA qualified
- Experience in personal tax compliance or managing a portfolio that delivers personal tax and estate planning services
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to develop exceptional client relationships
