Finance Department | 50‑strong UK team
Ready to take the lead in eBilling within a dynamic, growing firm? Join us as a Senior eBiller and play a key role in keeping our finances moving smoothly, accurately and on time.
The Role
You’ll sit within our Finance team, supporting the firm across billing, eBilling platforms and practice management systems. This is a hands‑on, collaborative role where attention to detail and problem‑solving really shine.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Coordinating accrual submissions
- Liaising with MPs & FEs on matter budgets
- Maintaining Purchase Order data across finance systems & eBilling platforms
- Reviewing and resolving rejected invoices
- Maintaining timekeeper, matter, rate & invoice data
- Generating and uploading eBilling files (training provided)
- Managing the eBilling mailbox and queries
- Reviewing rejected eBilling files with Credit Control, Billing & Legal teams
- Submitting eBilling files in standard formats across multiple platforms
What You’ll Bring
- Strong computer skills (especially Excel)
- Excellent attention to detail
- Experience in billing / eBilling & file code generation
- Working knowledge of VAT (a bonus, not essential)
- Willingness to learn and grow
- Flexibility to support month‑end and overtime when needed
